Tuna salad wrap

The chicken of the sea - tuna!

You know it is quite easy to prepare the food that satisfies all cravings, but making something healthy and tasty with as little fat as possible is a bit of a challenge.

I was talking with a friend of mine the other day about how difficult it is to find something quick to grab for a bite on a busy work day. We both agreed it is best to prepare some snacks at home. And I made a promise that a "healthy and easy to make" section would appear on my blog. Et voila!

Ingredients:
* Deli wraps
* Can of tuna in its own juice
* Arugula salad
* 1 bell pepper
* A handful of cherry tomatoes
* Pickles
* Capers
* 1 avocado
* 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard

Halve the tomatoes, slice the avocado, drain the tuna, chop up the bell pepper and mix everything with the remaining ingredients, adding the dijon mustard and/ or 1 tablespoon of mayo. For a more diet version yet still tasty, skip the mayo ;).

I found very nice deli wraps in the store, 6/ a pack - with mediterranean herbs. It is even shown on the package how it is best to wrap the filling.

Easy, tasty and super healthy.

Bon appetit!
